In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, No. 196, Personal Data Protection Code) and community legislation (European General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, our Platforms respect and protect the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe on the rights of users.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of our Platforms (the B2B platform ADPRODEX and the B2C mobile application Tyche App) and is valid for visitors and registered users. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than these Platforms. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information we collect and how we use it.

Legal basis of processing

We process data based on consent. By using, consulting, or registering on our Platforms, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service (e.g., for billing or win confirmation).

The provision of data and therefore Consent to collection and processing is optional. The User can deny consent, and can revoke a previously provided consent at any time (by requesting to our contacts). However, denying consent may result in the inability to provide some services, failure to register, and a compromised user experience.

Types of Data collected

Among the Personal Data collected by our Platforms, independently or through third parties, there are: Name, Surname, Email, Profession, Country, Province of residence, City, Address, ZIP Code, and Preferences/Categories of interest (used on Tyche App to show relevant ads).

Other Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or through informative texts displayed concurrently with the collection of the Data itself. Personal Data can be voluntarily entered by the User, or collected automatically during the use of the Platforms. Any use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of identifying the User and recording the related preferences for purposes strictly connected to the provision of the requested service. Failure to provide some Personal Data (such as the Province of residence) could prevent the provision of services linked to the geolocation of offers.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through these Platforms and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Controller from any liability towards third parties.

Methods and place of processing of the collected Data

Processing methods

The Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, categories of authorized persons involved in the organization (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal personnel, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

Place of processing

The Data is processed at the operating offices of the Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.

Processing times

The Data is processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request the interruption of Processing or the deletion of the Data.

Purposes of the Processing

User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Content display, Registration and authentication, Contacting the User, and Interest-based profiling.

List of data collected on these Platforms

Registration and authentication

With registration or authentication, the User allows the Platforms to identify them and give them access to dedicated services (Company side for ADPRODEX, consumer side for Tyche App). Personal data collected: ZIP Code, City, Surname, Email, Address, Name, Profession, Province of residence, Country, and Category preferences.

Contacting the user (Mailing List or Newsletter)

The User's email address may be added to a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information, including of a commercial and promotional nature, may be sent. Personal data collected: Email, Name, Surname.

Contact form

The User, by filling out the contact or support form with their Data, consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or of any other nature. Personal data collected: City, Surname, Email, Name, Profession, Province, and Country.

System logs and Security

For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in compliance with applicable laws on the subject, to block attempts to damage or cause harm to other users. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling, but only for platform protection purposes. Data collected: IP address, browser type and parameters of the device used, ISP name, date and time of visit, referring and exit web page.

CloudFlare CloudFlare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by CloudFlare Inc. The integration methods of CloudFlare provide that it filters all traffic, also allowing the collection of statistical data. STRIPE STRIPE is a payment service provided by STRIPE Inc., which allows Companies to securely make purchases of services (Click packages). COOKIE POLICY

Our web Platforms use Cookies to make their services simple and efficient for users. Users viewing our sites will see minimal amounts of information placed in the devices in use (computers and mobile devices) in small text files called "cookies" saved in the directories used by the User's web browser.

By analyzing them in detail, our cookies allow to:

  • Memorize the entered preferences;
  • Avoid re-entering the same information multiple times (e.g., username and password);
  • Analyze the use of the services and content provided to optimize the browsing experience.

Types of Cookies

Technical cookies They allow the correct functioning of some sections. They are of two categories:

  • Persistent: they are not destroyed when the browser is closed but remain up to a preset expiration date.
  • Session: they are destroyed every time the browser is closed. They are necessary to view the site correctly.

Analytical cookies They are used to collect information on the use of the platforms. The Controller will use this information for anonymous statistical analysis in order to improve usage and make the content more interesting.

Third-party service analysis cookies Used to collect information on use in an anonymous form such as: visited pages, time spent, traffic origins, age, gender, and interests for marketing campaigns.

Cookies to integrate products and functions of third-party software This type integrates features developed by third parties within the pages (such as icons and preferences expressed in social networks).

Profiling cookies These are the cookies necessary to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user.

Consent and disabling of cookies

For all types of cookies, consent can be expressed by the User through specific configurations of the browser used or by changing the settings in the use of third-party services. Both of these solutions could prevent the user from using or viewing parts of the Platforms.
